The people of Albay say that it will take them ten years to recover from the devastation wrought by the superhowler 'Reming' that hit them last year. Bicol is also the third after Central Luzon and Southern Tagalog hardest hit by political killings.We in Bayan still appeal for your donations ( pass the hat, or referral to foundations or institutions ) for the people of Albay through the Bicol Movement for Disaster Response ).
